6. Packing and Handling

Packing services will be provided according to the package selected and the agreed quotation. The materials and packing methods may vary depending on the type, size, and condition of the goods.

Customers should identify fragile items and provide any relevant handling instructions before packing begins. Items packed by the customer may be subject to different handling conditions, which should be discussed and documented before the move.

7. Transportation and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to transport and deliver goods within the estimated timeframe communicated at booking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, road restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, government regulations, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

8. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Customers must not include illegal, hazardous, explosive, highly flammable, perishable, or otherwise restricted goods in a shipment without prior disclosure and lawful written approval, where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse items that cannot legally or safely be transported. Customers are responsible for disclosing any goods that require special permits or handling.
